OneFiler can save the messages in your Outlook Inbox to your company database. It's completely customizable and works with any OLE DB or ODBC compliant database. You can use OneFiler as a mailbox archiver, or to "file" a message into the notes for a particular contact in your CRM package.
OneFiler consists of 3 components. The OneFiler Toolbar, the OneFiler Admin tool, and the OneFiler Web Service.

The OneFiler Toolbar is installed on each user's computer, and works with all versions of Microsoft Outlook. When an e-mail comes in, the user simply clicks the File e-mail button and the message is instantly sent to the web service, where it's evaluated and stored inside your system.

OneFiler Admin |
The OneFiler Admin tool allows you to create and customize the Binding Script. This consists of matching up basic components of an e-mail, and the communications portion of your system. Attachments can even be saved to a network drive while being filed. After making the desired changes, you can deploy the new configuration to the OneFiler Web Service with one click.
The OneFiler Web Service is where the magic happens. It interprets your Bindings Script, and handles incoming messages from the users. It is the only machine that requires access to your database, and can handle multiple incoming transactions simultaneously.
